## Symptoms

- * Logs show: "Error: Threat Emulation update failed, cannot download Raw Files. Failed running download process."

* Checking connectivity to Check Point servers as per [sk83520](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk83520) does not show any connectivity issue.

* In the file $FWDIR/log/te_file_downloader.elg similiar logs are found:
