# sk163321 - Hotfix uninstall with CPUSE fails after mds_restore

## Symptoms

- * Hotfix uninstall with CPUSE fails after mds_restore with the following type of error message:   

  `
  Result: Uninstall of package fw1_wrapper_HOTFIX_R7730_T292_844_943_GA_FULL.tgz Failed`  
  `
  Backup file not found.`  
  `
  Contact Check Point Technical Services for further assistance.`  

* The /opt/CPInstLog/DeploymentAgent.log shows:  

  `[DATE - TIME][PID][HIGH DALOG_NORMAL]: can't find backup file: /opt/CPda/backup/fw1_backup_HOTFIX_R7730_T292_844_943.tgz`  
  `
  [DATE - TIME][PID][HIGH MSG_ERROR_BACKUP_FILE_NOT_FOUND]: Uninstall of package fw1_wrapper_HOTFIX_R7730_T292_844_943_GA_FULL.tgz Failed`

## Cause

CPUSE is unable to find the hotfix backup file in the*/opt/CPda/backup* directory.
