# sk163213 - VSX Provisioning Tool fails to add routes to a VSX Gateway/Cluster

## Symptoms

- * VSX Provisioning Tool fails to add routes to a VSX Gateway/Cluster.

* Enabling debug mode on the Main CMA:  

  ```
  
  mdsenv <Main_CMA_NAME>
  fw debug fwm on TDERROR_ALL_VSXM_DBG_SKIP_PING=INFO
  fw debug fwm on TDERROR_ALL_VSXM_DBG_SKIP_INSTALL=INFO
  fw debug fwm on TDERROR_ALL_VSXM_DBG_SKIP_PULL_SIC=INFO
  ```

  The following failure logs are seen, for example, Running:  
  `
  # vsx_provisioning_tool -s <IP_ADDR> -u admin -p password -f routes.prov`  

  `

  Failed to update object <Object_Name>: Object Validation Failed`  
  `
  Failed to execute line number xxx`  
  `
  Failed to commit transaction which began at line number x`

* VS is shows in the VSX Gateway, but not on the Management server.

## Cause

Objects with conflicting name already exist in the database.
