## Symptoms

- * Windows 10 19H1 (version 1903) upgrade may affect the Endpoint Security Clients tray's boot procedure in a way that can cause the tray icon not to be shown.
* The Endpoint Security Client tray remains fully functional (able to display notifications and balloons).
* The processes 'cptrayLogic' and 'cptrayUI' are running.
* Undoing the 19H1 upgrade resolves the issue.
* Rebooting the affected machine may or may not resolve the issue.

## Cause

Incompatibility between Windows 10 19H1 (version 1903) and endpoint Security Client.

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

* [Enterprise Endpoint Security E82.10 and higher versions of the Windows Client.](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk163578&partition=Basic&product=Endpoint)

Check Point recommends to always upgrade to the most recent version.

The fix addresses the issue by slightly delaying the tray's UI component boot procedure.
