# sk162633 - cpm_status.sh reports incorrect CPM status

## Symptoms

- In some scenarios, `cpwd_admin` list showing as CPM is running and has PID, but `$MDS_FWDIR/scripts/cpm_status.sh` returns: "Check Point Security Management Server is during initialization" instead of "Check Point Security Management Server is running and ready".

## Cause

The *$MDS_FWDIR/tmp/cpm.pid* file was previosely removed when "*$MDS_FWDIR/scripts/cpm.sh -solr -q*" command was used.
