# sk162621 - "Traffic Total Bytes" column is empty when exporting data to XLS format

## Symptoms

- When the user exports data to XLS, the "Traffic Total Bytes" column is not populated even though the same data can be seen in the SmartConsole report and PDF export.

## Cause

SmartEvent polls a different location when exporting to XLS vs PDF. This query is missing the "Traffic Total Bytes" field.
