# sk162514 - "No Accounts Associated" message in Infinity Portal

## Symptoms

- The user receives a message that "`No accounts associated`" with the Infinity Portal account.

## Cause

The user was not identified as an admin contact in the portal account container.

## Solution

Ask your company's portal administrator to update the user on the "Admins" list. For instructions on how to add users, refer to the "Admins" section (Under "Settings") in the [Check Point Infinity Portal Administration Guide](https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/Infinity_Portal/WebAdminGuides/EN/Infinity-Portal-Admin-Guide/Topics-Infinity-Portal/Introduction-to-Infinity-Portal.htm). Only an administrator on the account is permitted to add users to the admin list.
