# sk162332 - "all the buffers are full" error when trying to run 'fw monitor' or 'fw ctl debug'

## Symptoms

- * The following error is received when trying to run 'fw monitor' or 'fw ctl zdebug + drop':  
  `
  "fwmonitor_kiss_add_to_global_buf: all the buffers are full"`
* The user may also experience high CPU.

## Cause

Buffers full issue is related to a fw monitor that was running before and was not closed properly by the Operating System.
