## Symptoms

- * When user runs *cp_log_export status* command to show the target status and detailed information, see the following error message: \[Expert@SHCPSVR02:0\]# cp_log_export status  
  ls: /opt/CPrt-R80/log_exporter/targets: No such file or directory  
  Error: No log_exporter has been found for name: \[all\]  
  \[Expert@SHCPSVR02:0\]# cp_log_export show  
  ls: /opt/CPrt-R80/log_exporter/targets: No such file or directory  
  Error: No log_exporter has been found for name: \[all\]
* *cpwd_admin list* command shows the EXPORTER.\[target\] APP loading from the */opt/CPrt-R80/log_indexer/targets/* folder. The correct folder should be in "/opt/CPrt-R80/log_exporter/targets/" folder. \[Expert@SHCPSVR02:0\]# cpwd_admin list EXPORTER.SUMOLOGIC 1433 E 1 \[10:36:39\] 10/10/2018 N /opt/CPrt-R80/log_indexer/targets/SUMOLOGIC/log_exporter -export /opt/CPrt-R80/log_indexer/targets/SUMOLOGIC/targetConfiguration.xml
* The user tries to uninstall and re-install the Log Exporter in CPUSE, but some files are still installed in the */opt/CPrt-R80/log_indexer/targets/* folder, and the issue still occurs.
