# sk161292 - When running packetmon with E80.92 Endpoint Security VPN client installed, receive error message and are not able to get any output

## Symptoms

- When running packetmon with E80.92 Endpoint Security VPN client installed, receive error message and not able to get any output:  
Run the following: `<>packetmon.exe -T -r -e "accept dst=x.y.z.f/18 or dst=x.y.z.f/14;"`

## Cause

**Note:** Packetmon is the new equivalent utility/command that does the same / similar as *fw monitor* or *srfw monitor* commands, but for the newer Endpoint clients.

Starting from Endpoint Security VPN E80.92, the installation package does not include some files required for packetmon to work.
