## Symptoms

- * After upgrade, Gaia portal is loaded instead of SmartView URL (https://mgmt-ip/smartview) when opening a new tab in "Logs \& Monitor view" of SmartConsole.
* After upgrade, Gaia portal is loaded instead of License Status of Security gateway or Management object.

## Cause

The */web/conf/extra/httpd2-smartview.conf* file became corrupted or empty as a result of an upgrade
