## Symptoms

* The issue can be identified by the following lines in *tvDebug.log* :  
  (11854373 p:1194 t:31d0 2019-08-05 08:44:20) \[Adapter\] Disabling adapter {CC6F2436-99F0-438A-B0E8-2F340A4F5349} - unsuccessful (proc), status 0x57  
  ("unsuccessful (proc), status 0x57" is a crucial part)
