# sk160152 - BlueJeans camera view blocks part of shared screen when using H323 protocol

## Symptoms

- * While using BlueJeans application for video conference, camera feed overlays the video conference feed, such as screen share when using H323.
* It is not possible to split video feeds to different monitors.
* BlueJeans application is integrated with Cisco SX10 device.
* Hide NAT is performed for the used video conferencing device.

## Cause

Packets from BlueJeans servers are being dropped by gateway due to not using protocol handler.

Specifically, required ports for the application are not opened dynamically and packets from BlueJeans server are not being NATted towards the internal video conferencing device.
