## Cause

In the BIOS, setting the option "FastBoot" to "Enabled" \\ "Activated" \\ "Minimal" could cause the above issues.

Some laptop models (e.g. HP Zbook series) enable the "FastBoot" option as default, meaning no user interaction is needed for this option to be enabled.
