## Solution

> ### Wi-Fi regions and frequencies for 1500 appliances
>
> Check Point sells a unique product SKU device per country. When the firmware is uploaded, it automatically sets the Wi-Fi frequencies according to the SKU and selected country.
>
> The 1550 and 1590 WiFi modules must have a valid Check Point license to allow all transmit power and channel options according to the wireless regulations and limitations in the configured country.
>
> If you use a trial license, only basic radio settings are allowed in all zones. When the selected wireless radio settings are not applied, a warning appears in the **Summary** page of the First Time Configuration Wizard, and in the **WebUI Device** \> **License page**.
>
> ### **Default basic WiFi channels**

> |----------------|---------------------|---------------------|---------------|--------------------------------------------------------|
> | **Band (GHz)** | **Bandwidth (MHz)** | **Channel Numbers** | **Power** | **Notes** |
> | 2.4 | 20 | 1-13 | 200mW (20dBm) | - |
> | 5 | 20 | 36, 40, 44, 48 | 200mW (23dBm) | Will not work in LAT, Asia, Chile, Taiwan, and Nigeria |
