## Symptoms

- Gaia operating system shows a misaligned partition table.

## Cause

Gaia is built apon Red Hat 5.2 installation and partitioning.

The installation aligns the boot partition to sector 63.

## Solution

No solution is required. The system is working as designed. If you would like this changed, please submit a [Request for Enhancement](https://www.checkpoint.com/rfe/login.htm). Due to the complexity, a change in this functionality is not currently planned.
