## Symptoms

- * The Desktop Policy is not updated when VPN client connects to a different site holding a different Desktop Policy. The previously loaded Desktop Policy is still active, and it cause traffic issue since the Desktop Policy is wrong for this Client to Site VPN Gateway.

* The VPN client has multiple sites created, and those sites are not managed by the same Security Management Server, therefore, each site has different Desktop Policy from those management Servers.

* In Endpoint Security VPN, it still shows old Desktop Policy name in the firewall tab after connected to a new site that hold a different Desktop Policy.

* The issue is related to the authorization of the Desktop Policy. In file $FWDIR/log/vpnd.elg, it shows:

  `
  [vpnd PID]@bbmusu10[DATE TIME][ccc_core] IsUserGroupsContainsPolicyServerGroup: user group Test1_LDAP_Group`
  `
[vpnd PID]@bbmusu10[DATE TIME][ccc_core] IsUserGroupsContainsPolicyServerGroup: user is NOT in license group`
  `
[vpnd PID]@bbmusu10[DATE TIME][ccc_core] handleOnePolicyRequestCB: No result from getPolicy() for policy desktop. Policy unsupported.`

* Changing the Desktop Policy as All_Users@Any, the VPN client still does not load the new Desktop Policy.

## Cause

The desktop policy was not properly pushed, as the Security Management server did not find a change in the policy (only the Gateway configuration changed).
