# sk156512 - Mobile Access user authentication with certificate fails

## Symptoms

- * User authentication with certificate to Mobile Access fails.

* User Certificates are generated by Microsoft AD Servers.

* In vpnd.elg file, following logs are seen:  


  \[PID\]\[DATE TIME\]\[CPLDAPCL\] \[RootId = 160\] AU = site.domain.com_AD, Fetch CRLs\<dn = CN=EXAMP SUB CA1(1),CN=server1inICA01,CN=CDP,CN=Public Key Services,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=domain,DC=com\>  

  \[PID\]\[DATE TIME\]\[CPLDAPCL\] CLdapHelpers::IsDN()  

  \[PID\]\[DATE TIME\]\[CPLDAPCL\] No suitable branches

## Cause

The branch (e.g. DC=domain,DC=com) for Root CA is not fetched in the LDAP Accoutn Unit.
