# sk156252 - "Registered Devices" result list is different between the primary and secondary devices in a full HA cluster environment

## Symptoms

- In full HA cluster environment, the "Registered Devices" result list (from the command '`cphaprob -l list`') is different between the Primary and Secondary devices.   
For example:

## Cause

The issue might have occurred because of the different installation methods for the two devices:

For example:

* 1st device - Upgrade version
* 2nd device - Direct fresh install
