# sk155673 - Unable to uninstall Threat Prevention policy from a Cluster

## Symptoms

- When a user tries to uninstall Threat Prevention policy from a Cluster, through a designated warning message which provides also a link for the Threat Prevention policy needed to be removed, he receive an exception:  
`"the policy for the selected blades cannot be installed on Gateway <'Cluster_Name'>"`

## Cause

The reason for this exception is that installation statuses collected from the cluster indicated that a Threat Prevention policy is indeed installed on the cluster Gateways, but some information in the installation status was missing (for some reason it was not collected in the installation process of this items, in contrast to other items which had this information).
