# sk154574 - Removing the lowest vlan from a bonding group does not trigger a Cluster fail-over

## Symptoms

- * Removing the lowest vlan from a bonding group does not trigger a Cluster fail-over.
* Removing the highest vlan from the bonding group, triggers a fail-over as expected.

## Cause

By design, once the highest or the lowest vlan are removed from the OS configuration, the cluster mechanism should choose the next vlan to be monitored by the cluster.

In the current state, the above mechanism apply only for highest vlan, but once removing lowest vlan, it does not choose another vlan to be monitored, and do not trigger a cluster fail-over.
