# sk154132 - "Unknown field" error pops up when configuring an SMB appliance's  IPS load thresholds in the WebUI

## Symptoms

**Note:** This issue occurs only on the following firmware versions:

* R77.20.85
* R77.20.86
* R77.20.87 (\< Build 990172914)

## Cause



## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

Check Point recommends to always upgrade to the most recent version ([Check Point 700 appliance](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doShowproductpage&product=460 "Check Point 700 appliance") / [Check Point 910 appliance](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doShowproductpage&product=500 "Check Point 910 appliance") / [Check Point 1400 appliance](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doShowproductpage&product=490 "Check Point 1400 appliance")).  

If you do not wish to upgrade, use the following **workaround:**

In Clish mode, manually configure the relevant commands of the IPS load thresholds (refer to the [CLI guide](https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/R77.20.85/CLI_Guide/html_frameset.htm "CLI GUide R77.20.85")).
