# sk154057 - Issue with vsec_central_license tool when deploying CloudGuard Gateways with BYOL (Bring Your Own License) and PAYG (Pay As You Go)

## Symptoms

- Deploying CloudGuard Gateways with BYOL (Bring Your Own License) and PAYG (Pay As You Go) creates an issue with dispatching the licenses to the Gateways.

## Cause

When you configure both BYOL and PAYG Gateways in the same deployment, you must "Exclude" the PAYG Gateways from the dispatching of the license because they may conflict with BYOL Gateways. The reason for this is that Azure and the tool cannot tell the difference between the two Gateways.
