# sk153992 - SIC and policy fetch fail with error related to masters file

## Symptoms

- * Policy installation fails with "Installation failed. Peer SIC Certificate has been revoked try to reset SIC on the peer and re-establish the trust." error.

* Test SIC status fails with: "SIC status for ClusterXL Object: Not Communicating, Peer SIC certificate has been revoked in SmartDashboard."

* The `cpstart` command on the gateways shows:

  ```
  Fetching FW1 security policy from: x.x.x.x y.y.y.y Reason: Authentication error[SIC error no. 147] 
  ... Policy Fetch Failed.
  Failed to fetch policy from masters in masters file.
  ```

## Cause

The Masters file of gateway includes Policy: Security Management, Log: Security Management, and Alert: Security Management.   
When the Security Management server hostname and Gaia system name are the same but with different IP addresses, the gateway fecthes the Security Policy from Security Management server. The gateway should resolve the IP address corresponding to the Security Management server object by parsing it, but the gateway gets the IP address of the Gaia system name instead.

## Solution

To resolve the problem, change the IP address of Gaia system name to the IP address of Security Management object.
