# sk153812 -  Failure while copying files to compatibility package directory when installing policy on R77.x gateway

## Symptoms

- * "`Failure when copying files to compatibility package directory.`" error for policy installation failure on R77.x gateway.
* Output of "`fw stat`" on the target gateways shows a new timestamp confirming this policy has been installed on that gateway.
* FWM load debug shows similar output:

## Cause

There is a certain file (*identity_awareness_custom_settings.C* in this case) missing from the CMA's "*conf*" directory that is causing the message to populate.
