## Symptoms

- * In the WebUI, under Maintenance -\> RAID Monitoring, the state is indicated as DEGRADED and a disk is MISSING.
* The "raid_diagnostic" command shows a DEGRADED state and a disk is MISSING.
* The gateway has only 1 hard drive present.
* In /var/log/messages: ... cpd: Problems with getting output from pipe ... cpd: Raid: Failed at getting the vendor name for Disk 1
