# sk153375 - Unable to reach internal portals listening on port 443 on Gaia Embedded appliances

## Symptoms

- * Unable to reach internal portals listening on port 443 on Gaia Embedded appliances. The issue starts when upgrading to R77.20.87.
* "This site can't be reached" message when trying to connect to Captive Portal.
* Kernel debug (fw ctl zdebug -m fw + crypt) shows: ;vm_mux_cpas_generic_read_handler: get_cptls_default_params_id failed;

  ;vm_mux_cpas_generic_read_handler: get_cptls_params_id succ with id=0x0;

## Cause

There is a problem with the Internal CA certificate in the Security Gateway / Cluster object.

## Solution

Reinitialize the Internal CA certificate.

From the WebUI:

* Go to: **Device** -\> **Internal Certificate** -\> Push the **Reinitialize Certificates** button.
* Try to connect to https://my.firewall/ica and check that you can reach the page.
