# sk152912 - Client to Server network traffic dropped on Mobile Access Blade cleanup rule

## Symptoms

- * Rulebase drop - in "MAB Rules" layer for client to server traffic that should be accepted, according to the rulebase.
* In SmartView Tracker, you can see Mobile Access login from server IP address.

## Cause

User logged in to Mobile Access from server IP address.

This caused creation of Mobile Access rulebase per Mobile Access policy.

Since all the client to server traffic that was dropped was initiated by the Mobile Access user, it is checked according to the Mobile Access rulebase.

Such issues are generally caused by either wrong Office Mode IP configuration, or by attempt to login from server to Mobile Access.
