# sk152572 - HA module not started although Cluster membership is enabled

## Symptoms

- * HA module not started although Cluster membership is enabled.

* The *cphaprob stat* command results is: "HA module not started".

* The *cphastart* command yields no output.

* The *$FWDIR/log/cphastart.elg* file contains disconnected interface information that does not have correct syntax, for example:  
  `
  get_ha_disconnected_interfaces: reading from Disconnected interfaces configuration file. ifname - eth5eth5eth5eth5eth5`

* The contents of *$FWDIR/conf/discntd.if* is not the same on each Cluster member, for example, one member's file contains no information, another member's file contains: `eth5eth5eth5eth5eth5`

## Cause

The problematic Cluster member is unable to start the HA module due to reading incorrect syntax of disconnected interfaces file.
