# sk152312 - Missing messages files in CPInfo output

## Symptoms

- * On the server itself, there are more than one messages file (according to the `/etc/cpshell/log_rotation.conf` file settings).
* The CPInfo output contains only the active messages file (`/var/log/messages`), but not the rotated logs (`/var/log/messages.X`).

## Cause

An old build of CPinfo was used to collect the data.
