## Symptoms

- * Trying to change the version of the object fails with the following error: `Failed to save object [Name_of_Object]. Server error is: An internal error has occurred. (Code: 0x8003001D, Could not access file for write operation) `
* cpm.elg shows the following java exception:

  ```
  
  INFO web_services.internal.WsFaultInterceptor [qtp1984317683-1234]: mapping to remote fault is required
  0ERROR dleserver.internal.DefaultExceptionMapper [qtp1984317683-1234]: Internal runtime error
  CpmGeneralException{base='com.checkpoint.management.is.exceptions.CpmGeneralException: Failed to delete Threat IPS traditional rule', errorCode='CP_ERR_UNSPECIFIED', errorFamily='null', messageForUser='null', message='Failed to delete Threat IPS traditional rule'}
  ```

## Cause
