## Symptoms

- "Failed to fetch the file" error when trying to open Threat Emulation summary reports coming from VSX.

## Cause

The summary files that are being recived from a VSX gateway are stored with IP address of 0.0.0.0:

*0.0.0.0__{F7704BE2-D21B-D744-B7FE-395D9CF5EFFF}00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000.blob*

<br />

When the FWM process is trying to open the file, it is searching for the Gateway IP address:

*CGetBlobCmdMgr::getBlob: checking if blob file /opt/CPsuite-R80.20/fw1/log/blob/20190308/172.20.2.232__{F7704BE2-D21B-D744-B7FE-395D9CF5EFFF}00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000.blob was deleted.*
