## Symptoms

- * "*The Security Management Servers contain different Hotfixes*" warning appears in SmartConsole connected to one of the Management Servers in a Management High Availability environment when an administrator performs a manual synchronization of servers.

* The *$FWDIR/log/cpm.elg* on the Security Management Server / *$MDS_FWDIR/log/cpm.elg* file on the Multi-Domain Server (that shows this warning in SmartConsole) contains:

  `INFO internal.ha.MgmtHaSvcImpl [...]: async peer result for opId XXX peer YYY: MANUAL_SYNC, SYNC_ERROR, <Object Name of Peer Mgmt Server> - Failed to synchronize: The Security Management Servers contain different Hotfixes, null for domain name 'System Data' , id [zzz]`
* The CPM Doctor report may show that the "*CPM Server Jar Check*" test finished with an error on the Management Server that shows this warning in SmartConsole.

* One of the machines is a 6000 appliance and the other is from a different series or an open server.
