# sk150692 - "Missing cleanup rule - Unmatched traffic will be dropped and not logged" warning in SmartConsole even though cleanup rule is defined

## Symptoms

- Although a valid cleanup rule is defined at the end of the Access Policy, the following message appears at the bottom of the Access Policy:   
`Missing cleanup rule - Unmatched traffic will be dropped and not logged`   
**Note**: The existing cleanup rule has a gateway object in the 'Install On' column.

## Cause

SmartConsole expects the 'Install On' column to contain "\* Policy targets" when detecting cleanup rules.
