# sk150352 - Cluster HA module fails to start after Management Migration

## Symptoms

- * Cluster HA module fails to start after Management Migration
* Output of *cphaprob state* shows:  
  `
  HA module not started
  `  
* Output of *cphaprob -a if* shows:  
  `
  HA module not started`  
  `
  Warning: Sync will not function since there aren't any sync(secured) interfaces
  `
* Fail to start HA either with *cphastart* or via *cpconfig*.

## Cause

The *cluster_id* parameter on the Security Management is incorrectly defined, or unset, once migrated over to the new Security Management.

This *cluster_id* parameter is created once a cluster object is created on the Security Management, and is not the same as the one set on the Security Gateway from [sk25977](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk25977).

Below is an example of an **incorrect**value set on the Security Management:
