## Solution

The Audit log does not contain the rule number that was modified, but does contain the rule UID and/or the rule name if a name is configured.

To easily identify which rule number was modified by using the Audit log:

1. In SmartConsole, go to the Security Policy tab.

2. Open the relevant Security Policy that was modified.

3. Click on the Actions menu -\> Go to Rule... (Shortcut: Ctrl+G).

4. Paste or enter the rule UID into the pop-up window.

5. Click on "OK".

This will take you to the relevant rule that was modified.
