## Symptoms

- * While browsing a Microsoft websites (For example: Azure), site will get stuck on a specific resource for several minutes, then show "200 OK" in the network tab on the browser, and finish loading.
* Issue does not get replicated with each attempt. Sometimes requires a few attempts while browsing the website. (Make sure to clean cache/browsing data on the browser.)

## Cause

The client sends data to the Security Gateway.

The Security Gateway sends a SYN to the server, and waits for the SYN-ACK.

In that time interval, the client will continue sending data to the Security Gateway.

This will trigger CPAS to send another SYN, which on Microsoft servers, might activate a protection for double SYN without RST. This causes the connection to freeze.
