# sk149652 - Remote access VPN traffic dropped with "Client's configuration is not verified" error message after upgrade to R80.10

## Symptoms

- * Remote access VPN traffic dropped with "Client's configuration is not verified" error message

* SCV debug on the gateway shows:


  ` FW-1: fwscv_check_client_verification: state is UNVERIFIED;`
* SCV debug on the client PC shows:

  `[TR_SCVCOMPLIANCEENG] IsScvPolicyEnforced return value 0
  `  
  `[TR_SCVMANAGER] ScvPolicy is not enforced - setting ComplianceStatus to NOT compliant
  `

  And:
  `[TR_PACKET_STATISTICS] INFO_KA_SCV_NOT_VERIFIED - Sending SCV NOT verified status `

## Cause

After the upgrade of the gateway, the local.scv settings was not pushed from the management server to the gateway, therefore the scv_gw_table on the gateway is empty.
