# sk149534 - "Update operation failed" error occurs when trying to create IPv6 object

## Symptoms

- * When trying to create specific IPv6 object (IPv6 network address - ::ffff:0:0, prefix - 96), it failed to create it with error Message : "Update operation failed."  
  Normal IPv6 object can be created.
* CPM debug shows these errors in file cpm.elg:

This problem was fixed. The fix is included starting from:

Check Point recommends to always upgrade to the most recent version.
