## Symptoms

- * The CPM process does not start (FWM is pending).

* The `$FWDIR/log/cpm.elg` file shows the following exceptions:  

  `
  ERROR infrastructure.cpprod.CpprodUtilsIs [main]: requested to cache 'IP' -> '/opt/CPshrd-R80.20/registry/HKLM_registry.data' but the value is already cached with key 'MDS'`  
  `

  ERROR utils.runtime.CpAssert$DefaultAssertionErrorHandler [main]: AssertionError has been caught: `**Aggregator xxxxx isn't in postgres in version -1**
