# sk148272 - Remote Access clients randomly disconnected with "Failed to create CM request packet" error message in trac.log

## Symptoms

- * Remote Access clients randomly disconnected with "Failed to create CM request packet" error message in *trac.log*
* In *trac.log* on the client, the following lines appear:  
  \[fwasync\] fwasync_do_mux_in: 2816: peer closed connection  
  \[ike_transport\] IkeTransport::IkeT_NotifyDisconnect: _start_ HH:MM:SS.MS
* A few minutes after the lines from the above symptom appear, the following lines will also appear:  
  \[transport\] AutoDetect_Transport::IkeT_PacketSend: ERROR: invalid m_IkeConnectStatus (2) \[tunnel\] \[COVERAGE\] \[IPLeaseTimer::start_CM_neg\] (0xXXXXXXXX): Failed to create CM request packet.
* This issue occurs after roaming by the client.

Wrong flow in the order of functions in the client.
