## Symptoms

- Remote Access client connection stuck at 41% in mixed environment (R80.x and R77.x gateways in Remote Access Community).

## Cause

R80.10 introduced Multi Login options for Remote Access clients ([sk111583](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk111583)).
Due to the mixed environment, in some cases the user will get a realm (a backward compatibility realm, if he did not select a realm). This results in a situation, where sometimes the client has a realm and sometimes it does not.
