## Symptoms

- While promoting a CMA/Domain from "Standby" to "Active" from SmartConsole, the action fails with error:

 Failed to Change Over to Active. Reason : "No Peers"
Promoting a standby CMA/Domain normally requires standby CMA/Domain is up/running and accessible from Standby. 
This error message implies that either Active CMA/Domain server has connectivity issue with Standby, or Active is no longer available.
If Active CMA is no longer available, following procedure is necessary to promote Standby to Active
```
