# sk146932 - Policy installation fails with error 0-2000107

## Symptoms

- * Policy installation fails with error 0-2000107.   
  **Note**: The order of the cluster members was changed in SmartConsole before the issue started.
* Kernel debug collected on the Security Gateway during fetchlocal debug shows:

  ```

* Kernel debug collected on the Security Gateway during fetchlocal debug shows:  

  ```

## Cause

During policy installation, the Security Gateway fetches the names of both old and new cluster members, causing the same table to be loaded twice on the same member.

## Solution

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
