# sk146112 - Security Gateway does not send logs to the Log Server configured in its object

## Symptoms

- * Security Gateway does not send logs to the Log Server configured in its object.

* The *$FWDIR/conf/masters* file is not overwritten on the Security Gateway during a policy installation.

* It is not possible to save changes in the *$FWDIR/conf/masters* file on the Security Gateway.

* Output of the "`lsattr $FWDIR/conf/masters`" command on the Security Gateway shows that some attributes are assigned to this file (for example, the letter 'a' - the 'append only' attribute).
