# sk144214 - Administrator becomes locked after updating their own Account

## Symptoms

- * Administrator becomes locked after updating their own name.
* Cannot publish or discard the session using SmartConsole, receiving "`Internal Error`" message.
* When trying to discard this session smartconsole reports internal error.
* "Operation failed: Publish or Discard all session and run operation again. Administrator with open session: XXXXX YYYYY ZZZZZ" error when running R80.10/R80.20 Upgrade Verifier

## Cause

Once the Administrator updates himself, his session becomes corrupted, and he is locked out.
