# sk143952 - Unable to export policy package using web_api_show_package.sh script

## Symptoms

- Failed to run the `show-package` command on package:

```
'Current_Policy'. Aborting. 
Message: 'Management server failed to execute command'. Status Code: '400'
```

## Cause

Rulebase initialization failed on policy package while executing the *web_api_show_package.sh* script

## Solution

Clone the problematic policy package and then try runninng the script.

Steps to clone Policy Package:

1. In SmartConsole, go to Security Policies.  

2. Open the Problematic Policy package.  

3. Click on "Manage Policies and Layers".  

4. Select the Policy Package and click on Action then clone.
