# sk143332 - UserCheck block page does not load in VSX Environment

## Symptoms

- * UserCheck block page does not load for blocked sites. It shows "Page cannot be displayed" in all the browsers despite HTTPS Inspection is enabled on the Security Gateway.

* Port number in below command keeps on changing continuously:  

  `[Expert@GW:0]# mpclient getdata UserCheck https://`  
  Portal path prefix '/UserCheck' port 65023 hostname '10.10.10.10' priority 1000 encrypted 0

* When trying to start mpclient service post removing pidfile, new pidfile is not created in /opt/CPUserCheckPortal/log/ directory.

* The httpd.error log file shows the below error:  

  `AH00526: Syntax error on line 45 of /opt/CPUserCheckPortal/CTX/CTX00002/conf/httpd.conf:`  
  `
  Invalid command 'User', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration.`
