# sk140032 - "Interface x86" in <code>show configuration bonding</code> output

## Symptoms

- * Command *'show configuration bonding'* shows one of the bond interfaces as 'interface x86'

* `Commands `*'cphaconf show_bond bondx' / 'cat /proc/net/bonding/bondx' / 'show bonding groups'*` reflect an intact interface outputs.`

## Cause

The appliance 21000 has (Acceleration Ready) Line card placed in and perhaps the SAM-Backplane is installed as well. In such event, when we run 'set interface \<name\> sam-mode off' before configuring the bond, x86 will show up.
