# sk138792 - "451 Temporary scan failure"  error message when emails stuck in postfix queue

## Symptoms

- * Emails are stuck in postfix queue with reason *"(host 127.0.0.1\[127.0.0.1\] said: 451 Temporary scan failure. Email Session ID: {XXXXXXXX-X-XXXXXXX-XXXX} (in reply to end of DATA command))"*
* Enabling *in.emaild.mta* debug shows the error *"send ended with error: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate "* in $FWDIR/log/mtad.elg

## Cause

The file /opt/CPshrd-R80.20/conf/ca-bundle.crt is not updated and consequently the SSL handshake with https://rep.checkpoint.com is broken.
